See what your plan could cost

Your price depends on your household size and yearly income. Slide to your income to see where you land. This is a general guide, not a quote.

Prices are "starting at" amounts after savings and vary by county, age, carrier and plan. Gold plans with a $0 premium exist only in some areas. Based on 2026 federal poverty guidelines for the 48 contiguous states and DC; Alaska and Hawaii use higher amounts. At the lowest incomes you may qualify for Medicaid instead, depending on your state. A licensed agent will confirm your options.

What to expect

A renewal review is a short call, usually 10 to 15 minutes. If you want to change plans or your situation is more complex, your agent may need a little longer.

  1. Choose a time

Book a slot online. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder with the number we'll call.

  2. Review your options

Your agent compares your current plan with the 2027 options for your county, including your doctors, prescriptions and expected income.

  3. Confirm your plan

You choose a plan and approve our help to enroll you. Your agent submits it while you're on the call.

Before your appointment

Have these ready

  • Photo ID
  • Your best estimate of 2027 household income
  • Names of your doctors and the prescriptions you take
  • Social Security or immigration document numbers for anyone being covered

New this year: identity check

You'll be asked to verify your identity and approve our help with a one-time code sent to your phone or email. Keep your phone with you during the call. Without the code, we can't submit your enrollment.

What happens if you do nothing

Skipping the review isn't always a problem, but it can cost you money or your doctors.

If your plan is still offered

In most cases it renews automatically, often at a different price than your carrier may offer you in a letter. Your premium, deductible and network can change, and your savings may be based on income information from last year. If your income has changed, you could pay too much each month or owe money back at tax time.

If your carrier is leaving or cutting back

Cigna is pulling out of most markets, Baylor Scott & White is leaving completely, and UnitedHealthcare is almost entirely out.

Your plan may be discontinued. The Marketplace may move you to a different plan that costs more or leaves out your doctors or medications. In some cases there is no replacement and coverage can end. If you got an email from us about your carrier, please book now.

Common questions

Does this cost anything?

No. There is no charge to you for a review or for enrolling with one of our agents.

Can I enroll without a call?

Yes, we can help by text. Text us at 727-417-5534. You'll still need to verify your identity with a one-time code before we can submit anything.

Can I see what my rate might be first?

Yes. You can get an estimate on your own at marketplace.getcoveredusa.org/apply. Until November 1, 2026 the tool shows 2026 rates and plans, so those numbers won't match what you'll pay in 2027. On November 1 it switches to 2027 rates and plans. Your agent can confirm your 2027 options and check your doctors and prescriptions.

What if I can't make my appointment?

Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule. Please give us a day's notice when you can, so someone else can take the slot.

What if I'm not sure what my income will be?

Bring your best estimate. Your agent will help you work out a number and explain how it affects your savings.

I haven't received my 2027 renewal notice yet.

That's fine. Book anyway. We can look up the 2027 plans for your county and compare them with what you have now.

Need car insurance too?

Once your health plan is set, you can compare auto rates in a few minutes. It's separate from your health coverage and there's no obligation. Prefer to talk? Call 727-417-5534 and say "Joel."
